In typical fashion we have been a little bit quiet during the past few months since our last Camp in Kitchener-Waterloo. The reason? We were building a new website to freshen up our look and provide a better experience for website visitors. Point blank, the previous website wasn’t exactly the most mobile responsive — event agendas were PDF’s, the homepage looked brutal on a mobile device and speaker bio’s looked a little bit distorted.
As we head into the fall and 3 more SocialHRCamp’s in Calgary, Toronto and Vancouver we felt the timing was right to update our look. Our next adventure will be in Stampede Country known as Calgary, which is our first time in Calgary and 11th city overall. We couldn’t be more excited to be running the event at Kudos‘ HQ. If you haven’t heard of Kudos before you probably should because they’re a big deal in the HR tech space. The agenda is coming along and we’ll be finalizing it in the coming week. We have an amazing group of speakers lined up and we have an amazing menu of food and beverages to enable optimal networking.
We will be makin more announcements on the Vancouver and Toronto early in October so stay tuned for those. As well, we will be making some interesting announcements heading into 2019 and where SocialHRCamp will be heading.
