Natasha is part of the original ecobee HR team and in her role as Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist has helped grow the company from 125 to just under 300 in a year and a half. With a focus on great candidate experience and a strong employer brand, she continue’s to play a pivotal role in growing ecobee’s presence in the Toronto tech scene using out-of-the-box social recruiting strategies. Past organizations include The Laudi Group and Xerox.
