
As President and founder of TalentMap, Sean has helped many leading public and private sector organizations maximize engagement and boost productivity through TalentMap’s integrated employee feedback system. Sean has worked on numerous complex, custom survey projects measuring engagement, workplace culture and diversity, generational diversity, workplace quality, mental health in the workplace, workplace safety, and post-acquisition workplace climates. His extensive experience with multiple industries and various sized organizations reinforces his expertise in how organizations work, and improve and change as they grow.
Outside of growing and developing TalentMap, Sean speaks extensively on measurement and engagement in the workplace, and sits on the board of directors for the Canadian Advanced Technology Alliance (CATAlliance), Canada’s leading, most influential and entrepreneurial technology alliance. Sean has written articles on employee engagement and measurement, and authored the go-to industry resource, “Employee Engagement for Dummies”. Sean holds a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business.
