Paul is also a guest lecturer for the Schulich School of Business and a recognized keynote speaker on various topics related to talent acquisition. In 2012, Paul delivered an emotional presentation on recruitment transformation to over 2,000 senior recruitment leaders and executives at LinkedIn’s annual Talent Connect Conference, where he was recognized as one of the industry’s Top 100.

Paul and his team have won several awards for their innovative recruitment practices including the use of social strategies, management of recruitment metrics and the development of best-in-class career sites.
Paul has a background in Lean Six Sigma and Project Management. He earned his Human Capital Strategist certification from the Human Capital Institute and graduated with a degree in Communications and Journalism. Paul currently serves on the Board of Directors for Kinark Foundation, an organization focused on offering proven solutions that help children, youth and families struggling with mental health issues.
