Jennifer Lennox, CHRE, Vice President of People Success, North America. Over 20 years of experience leading and working HR in all facets of People Success & Operations in companies from 25 people to 20,000. She has also worked extensively in the L&D function with some of Canada’s largest corporations. She joined Alcumus in February of 2021 after she spent her last 5+ years in the startup world-leading HR and Organizational Effectiveness for B2B & B2C SaaS/Tech organizations.
First and foremost, Jenn is happily married with 2 little boys, 3 step-children, and 2 grandchildren. They LOVE to sail and ski as a family so they spend most of their time on the water or at the ski hills. Secondly, Jenn Lennox is the VP of People Success, North America with Alcumus. Jenn holds the CHRE designation from HRPA. She is no stranger to Human Resources, having spent over 20 years in People Development, Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Executive Leadership, and a member of CHRO Council for 5 years. This is why it made perfect sense for her to enter into the startup-scale-up world. She joined the start-up world as the VP of People in 2017, where she was the first type of leader of this kind to join 3 different executive teams. Before joining CareGuide in 2017, Jenn worked for 20 + (years) for a diverse range of organizations, including small business startups; large corporations, and most recently private sector. Jenn specializes in Talent Acquisition, Change Management, Executive People Leadership and Development, and all areas of HR and has successfully served a range of clients, including CIBC, Home Depot, and The Humberview Group.
