Jenna Wilson is the Manager of Attractions on Mosaic’s Canadian Talent Acquisition Team based out of Mississauga, Ontario. Jenna’s focus is to build a strong candidate pipeline through strategic sourcing, employment branding, and on-campus recruitment. In 2013 to date, Jenna and her team have hired close to 13,000 field employees representing some of North America’s leading brands. Having been with Mosaic since 2007, she has developed a passion for harnessing the evolving social media trends and technology to recruit top talent for the organization and to increase overall employee engagement. As a graduate from Wilfrid Laurier University’s Communications Program, Jenna is thrilled to have found a career that combines her love of people, creativity and social media!
