She’s a trusted advisor and coach to owners, founders, and CEOs interested in shaping and “actualizing” their organizational cultures for the collective good of their organizations, employees, and the communities they serve.
She’s worked with a variety of organizations ranging from 120 employees to 300,000 employees as a trusted business partner – including Beam Suntory, Rotary International, Walgreens Boots Alliance, Kaiser Permanente, and Dober.
Angela is a leader and thought partner in the areas of culture, talent management, leadership development, and employee experience. She coaches, educates, and speaks about transforming organizations into catalysts for attracting, hiring, retaining, engaging, and developing their most capable and energized employees. Her personal mission is to re-invent the role of “HR” and create more human-centric workplaces that enrich the lives of a diverse workforce and inspire them to do good for the world.
Angela received her M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology – a specialized field focused on rigor and research around behavior and human potential in the workplace.
