Stephanie is an Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) leader at TransLink with 20 years of experience and 6 years specializing in EDI. At TransLink she has developed a 3-year strategic plan, a framework for the first 3 Employee Resource Groups along with running an Inclusion Survey and EDI manager training within her first 10 months. At SAP she ran the 1st Global EDGE certification where SAP became the first multinational tech company to become EDGE certified. She inspires employees to be their best selves and do their best work through inclusive behaviours. Stephanie’s diversity and inclusion journey started in 2011 when she became the GIRLsmarts4tech Grade 7 sponsor to inspire girls to enter the tech field in which 1500 girls went through the program. She is obsessed with baking the perfect cookie and reads everything regarding Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion.
