A “people engagement specialist” with 10+ years fundraising, volunteer and event management experience, Shellbie works to provide a people-centered approach to her work, cultivating relationships, developing opportunities and delivering exceptional service and support that facilitates the mission of Free The Children – empowering communities to break the cycle of poverty. As the Associate Director of Donor Engagement Shellbie works both domestically and internationally, helping facilitate families, companies and employee groups to become agents of change. Her specialities include campaign strategy and execution, mobilizing volunteers, engaging communities, leadership and communication.
