As a seasoned business and human resources leader with over 20+yrs experience, Sachi has spent much of her career supporting the growth of technology and telecom start-ups. She has successfully led the People function for companies such as Sigma Systems, Yahoo Canada, Terago Networks , and most recently Mercatus Technologies where she helped support 300% growth during her 8+ year tenure. Through her advisory practice, Sachi continues to partner with high–growth companies in creating innovative and authentic people practices to maximize both employee engagement and achievement of strategic business goals. She brings deep expertise in organizational design, leadership development, employee engagement, and performance optimization to build and nurture high-growth cultures. Sachi has been active in the not-for-profit sector volunteering with organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and new immigrant settlement organizations. She also serves as a Board member with PTP (Pathway To Possibilities) supporting their executive team in bringing literacy and job skills training programs to GTA communities. In her current role as VP of People Strategy, Sachi is responsible for StickerYou’s people function where is focused on building an inclusive, high-performance, and people-first culture as the business continues to experience unprecedented growth.
