Pete is a social impact practitioner with a passion for creating positive social change through diversity, equity & inclusion, community impact, and employee volunteering. His career includes roles at purpose-driven brands including Starbucks and Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment. In his current role as Senior Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager for Softchoice, Pete manages Softchoice’s DE&I strategy and organizational priorities. He is driven by family, inclusive collaboration, and developing partnerships with people who find purpose in equity and empathy.
