Marlina is the CEO of Fortay, and the founder of Culture Lab X Toronto. Culture Lab X is a community of founders, designers, and practitioners committed to redefining workplace culture. Prior to Fortay, Marlina held various senior Business Development and Marketing roles at Achilles Media (acquired) and Cadillac Fairview. Fortay was inspired by Marlina’s hiring practices and her observation that cultural alignment was a ‘force multiplier’ in dramatically improving the productivity of teams.
