Marlies` passion involves creating inclusive and supportive workplaces. She recently joined the Properly team as their first People hire. At Properly, she is excited to support the teams who are building a less stressful way to buy and sell homes in Canada. Before Properly, she had the opportunity to work at some incredible companies, including Ritual, Booking.com, Rangle.io, and non-profit Career Edge, where she specialized in supporting job seekers with disabilities and assisting organizations that wanted to build more diverse teams. She is a life-long mental health advocate and has been in a documentary around mental health in Canada.
