Lisa Chartier

After spending several years climbing the ladders at both consumer and recruitment advertising agencies, as she managed client communications strategies in both the Americas and Europe across diverse industries, Lisa Chartier took on her first ever corporate employer branding role in January of 2012 at Philips North America. A demonstrated thought leader in adapting traditional integrated communications strategies to meet HR / recruiting challenges in a social-driven world, Lisa co-authored the white paper, ‘Candidates, Consumers and your Global Brand’ in 2010 during her tenure with Alexander Mann Solutions as the Head of Resourcing Communications for the Americas, has been featured live on industry editorial sites such as ERE.net, and has spoken at various conferences and industry forums including the 2011 NACE Global Recruitment Symposium on “Delivering & Measuring a Best Practice Global Graduate Program”, and London’s 2010 Social Media Conference on “Measurable Innovation in Recruitment thru Social Media.”

In addition to planning a wedding and staying active on the basketball court as a former college athlete, Lisa is currently developing and launching the first ever employment brand for Philips North America, using a completely original HR brand development & communications methodology in partnership with Ogilvy & Mather, and serving as an early adopter and customizer of several new technology platforms.
