As the Digital Media Manager supporting HR for Loblaws, Kathleen was hired to develop ​Talent Attraction strategies to elevate the organizations ability to engage, entice and attract the right talent. Kathleen ​launched​ Canada’s 1st Social Recruiting Conference in 2014​, ​she is ​co-organizer of the popular #DisruptHRTO events and an avid public speaker.
