Emma is part of the original ecobee HR team and has helped grow the company from 125 to just under 300 in a year and a half. With a focus on great candidate experience and a strong employer brand, she continue’s to play a lead role as Talent Acquisition Specialist in growing ecobee’s presence in the Toronto tech scene using out-of-the-box social recruiting strategies. Emma has experience in Canada and the U.S. with organizations including Molson Coors Canada, Steam Whistle Brewery, Corby’s Distilleries, Canada Dry Mott’s, 3M, Energizer Personal Care, Sunny D, Leclerc, Mazda, Toyota, Audi, Nissan, Infiniti, Ford, Lincoln, Hyundai, Volvo, Kia, Axe, Diesel, Marc Jacobs, Sobeys, Shopper’s Drug Mart, Hudson’s Bay Company, Target, and Sears Canada.
