Dominika has 15 years of experience in management consulting, where she works collaboratively with clients to cut through the noise around the changing future of work and to help them articulate how they will differentiate themselves and drive value in an uncertain future.
Her industry experience spans public sector health policy, and energy and resources strategy. She has also worked closely with First Nations organizations in Alberta.
In her free time, Dominika is a Director for the Women In Needs Society (WINS) and provides strategic guidance to this social enterprise and retail organization located in Calgary, the city she calls ‘home
