Based on her extensive interviews with new graduates on their transition from ‘backpack to boardroom’, Daneal co-authored: “Hitting Stryde: A Gen Y Career Survival Guide“ – a practical guide for young people in their early career BUT more importantly a framework for organizations to build their new grad programs around.
