Christopher Leabeter is an experienced technical recruiter who crossed the bridge into the technical world and now stands with a foot on both sides. He was often scolded for being too honest with his candidates and too curious about how a client’s technology worked. His no BS style of recruiting, along with his desire to know what all this techno-jargon meant lead him to Lighthouse Labs – first to learn, then to provide career services to new grads looking for work. When he’s not busy with phone calls, emails, or events, you’ll find him loitering at parks with his intimidatingly large dogs.
