After graduating with a Bachelors degree in IT & Management, Brian accidentally ‘fell’ into recruitment in 2005 and hasn’t looked back. After spending the first 8 years of his career working as an agency recruiter in the IT industry, he converted to the ‘dark side’ and began his career in internal recruitment in 2013.
