Bobby’s varied career has included brand marketing for companies such as Kraft and Unilever for Dove Masterbrand, working specifically on the Campaign for Real Beauty. While working at Bombardier as an Aerospace Design Engineer, he founded and ran a musical theatre company, where he supervised a team of over 100 people. Bobby is also a comedic actor, having graduated from Second City.
Bobby is a passionate Leadership expert on Personal Branding, Networking and Social Media. Named one of the top 10 business coaches to follow on twitter, he hosts a weekly tweetchat called #PoCchat every Monday at 11am that has reached over 55 million impressions. Bobby is dedicated to causes embracing youth and diversity including Shad Valley and Nspire Network. Bobby has spoken at TEDx 4 times and is an Executive Education instructor for DeGroote School of Business. He has been a board Director of NetIP and Bad Dog Theatre.
