Benjamin is Director of Business Development at SmartRecruiters, where he focuses on building partnerships with add-on service vendors. In doing so, Ben’s aim is not only to make SmartRecruiters as profitable as possible, but more importantly to make the absolute best hiring services and products available to SmartRecruiters users.
Ben also organizes SmartUps, a series of networking/education events focused on the intersection of innovation and HR. Hundreds of techies and HR professionals have so far attended these innovative events at SmartRecruiters headquarters, making it an actual (not just virtual) hub for HR innovation in SF. He is also a frequent contributor to the SmartRecruiters blog.
