With a background in psychology, analytics, and human capital management, Autumn focuses most of her time building and tinkering with better processes, strategies and tools that help enhance business operations and company culture through rapid growth. Autumn enjoys interfacing with YouEarnedIt’s 300+ customers as they seek to completely redefine their employee engagement practices in a way that finally yields results.
Autumn currently serves as Co-Founder and CEO of YouEarnedIt, a technology company based in Austin, TX, that provides a way for organizations to better recognize, reward, and engage their employees for optimal performance. Since launching in beta in 2012, YouEarnedIt has experienced roughly 245% growth in new customers and over seen well over 200% revenue growth during that time by working with Fortune 500 companies seeking to build better workplaces through their people, and building an employee engagement software platform that supports the needs of today’s fastest growing technology and software companies and the world’s most notable brand agencies, including Whole Foods, The Motley Fool, NBC, and many more.
Autumn is proud to represent a minority of female Co-founders and CEO’s and is always looking for ways to empower other women to join her in developing the technology industry. She is an active mentor and mentee across the tech community and currently serves as a member Women@Austin, a group whose mission is focused on mentoring, building connections, and accessing capital for women founders.
She has built a strong presence as a thought leader in the HR Technology space through presenting at a variety of conferences including SXSW Interactive several times, HR Technology, Indeed, and many more.
