Aurelie is Country Manager Canada for Agorize. She’s lucky to work in two fields she’s passionate about: open innovation and employer branding. With her team, she helped more than 200 large companies innovate, recruit, and communicate differently, one hackathon at the time. These companies include TD, National Bank, Desjardins, Aviva, Radio-Canada, L’Oréal, PepsiCo, Baker & McKenzie, Oxford Properties, Merck, Deloitte, and Microsoft. Since 2011, Agorize has organized 500 hackathons and innovation challenges, and has now a total of 70 employees in 4 offices (Paris, Montreal, Stuttgart, and Hong Kong). What brings her a lot of joy: knowing her company contributes to breaking the silos in companies, helps hundreds of talent with unusual profiles get hired in the company of their dreams and gets to initiate dozens of partnerships between large companies and startups throughout the world.
