Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Tidal Equality, Anna and her business partner Dr. Kristen Liesch founded Tidal to revolutionize the practice of equity, diversity, and inclusion work for greater impact by building a new bridge between equity interventions and organizational strategy and decision-making. Together, they co-created a powerful new methodology called the Equity Sequence which change makers and leading companies around the world are now learning and scaling so they can transform everyday decisions and designs into powerful opportunities to expand equity and reduce bias, discrimination, and inequality.  Anna has over 15 years of experience designing strategy, transformation, and equity initiatives in large systems and organizations in Canada, the US, Europe, and the UK. Throughout her career, she’s guided numerous Boards of Directors, CEOs, and senior leaders as well as teams of all shapes and sizes through change initiatives that build organizational value and contribute to equitable social progress. Anna has a Master of Research Degree (MRes) in Public Policy and Management from the University of London (Birkbeck) and a BA from McGill University.
