Meet Andrea. Andrea is currently Changing the Way the World Works one A-Player at a time. Her passion is finding innovative ways to connect top talent with exciting opportunities at Achievers through social media. In her role as Corporate Recruiter, Andrea has helped the company achieve impressive growth and build out targeted social recruiting programs. She also manages Achievers’ talent acquisition programs including co-op/internships, employee referrals and employer branding initiatives. Andrea got her start in recruitment at a small boutique recruitment agency where she focused on IT, Finance and Hospitality recruiting. She is a proud graduate of the University of Guelph’s Honours Bachelor of Arts program (Go Gryphons!). When she isn’t busy hiring A-Players or brainstorming about new talent acquisition strategies, Andrea enjoys Instagram-ing and dining at Toronto’s finest restaurants (not simultaneously).
