Her HR practice is focused on transforming organizations into employers of choice and employees into brand ambassadors through well-informed and thoughtful HR practices and programs. In other words, she’s on a mission to put the ‘Human’ Back in Human Resources. Andrea has over six years of Human Resources experience in the software industry. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree (double major in Communications and Sociology), as well as a postgraduate certificate in Human Resources Management.
