From talent acquisition, training, coaching, leadership and change management, she has implemented initiatives in six countries. As VP People & Culture at Resolver, she oversees everything from recruitment to compensation to leadership development. Resolver has grown by over 40% since she started, has acquired 3 companies in 10 months, and has twice been recognized as a Great Place to Work. Amanda has an honours degree in psychology and a masters certification in organizational development. She’s travelled to every continent but Antarctica, is an avid cook and stays competitive on the ultimate frisbee pitch.
