Alicia Elson has an undergraduate degree in social work from Creighton and her Master of Social Work from UNO. Since QLI’s inception more than 20 years ago, Elson has held many key roles in the organizations including assistant director of residential services, director of assisted living, director of The Summit, and director of human resources, and vice president of human resources. Her most recent role as vice president of human resources includes helping to build and maintain positive and enthusiastic staff in a tough industry; ultimately leading to QLI being voted the #1 Best Place to Work in Omaha by its own staff for an unprecedented five years.
